Very safe and quiet neighborhood and close to essential stores such as Jewel Osco 0.2 miles, Whole Foods 0.3 miles and Walgreens 0.1 miles away. Close proximity to public transportation. Bus lines 146 and 151 are 0.2 miles away and the 152 line is less than 400ft away. The Addison Red line station is 0.5 mile away. There is also option for underground parking for $165/month. There is one other person living ing the apartment. He is a young professional, very open and easy going, should have no problems getting a long with.
