strongClassification strong Paralegal strongCompensation strong 90,000.00 to 100,000.00 per year Senior Contracts Paralegal is needed in LOOP ASAP for NEW OPENING OF 2013 Contracts Manager will be involved in the preparation of documentation for complex transaction structures and will do the following Lead client and legal negotiations Review outbound documentation prepared by co-workers Maintain a senior role in the training of new hires within the team Preparation of Management reports Documentation reconciliation with sales Force Assist in the research and development of new legal language to be used within documents with input from legal department and other internal areas final approval required by VP Documentation Review and update documentation templates as needed Maintenance of approved language directory Confirm insurance and risk compliance including self-insurance approval where applicable Process signed documentation confirm proper scanning, filing and returning documents to customer Actively participate in due diligence process as it relates to acquisitions and asset sales draft Update departmental procedures Work with all levels of management within the organization.
