Director of Internal Audit - ZERO Travel - Newly Created in Chicago, IL

- Provide updates on the status of internal audits and any internal control issues affecting the Company during the quarterly and annual meetings of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Serve as a catalyst for disseminating knowledge of and responsibility for internal controls throughout the Company and to serve as an advisor to senior management and the Audit Committee on internal control issues.
- Maintain an open line of communication between the Company and its foreign subsidiaries and to keep senior management apprised of any issues arising at the overseas operations that could have a material impact on the Company.
- Serve as an advisor to the Accounting Directors for each of these subsidiaries and as a liaison for issues affecting both the domestic and foreign operations. Additional Information Location
