· Implement process improvements to ensure the accuracy of all calculations, reports and tax return filings, and the adequate documentation of all book/tax adjustments, and tax return positions. · Research and analyze tax regulations impact on the Firm and its members. · Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues. · Maintain compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities. · Assist in the preparation of federal, state and foreign quarterly estimated tax payments.
