Operations Processor (Financial Services in Chicago, IL

A local Chicago capital management firm is looking for an operations/marketing associate to join the company. The perfect applicant would have background with preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting for institutional clients and private funds, including daily cash and position reconciliation. Additionally assist with day-to-day oversight of trade settlement, custodial reconciliation, data governance, performance calculations and reporting functions. Familiar with ensuring compliance with GIPS performance calculations and reporting qualifications is a plus. Marketing exposure includes the initial preparation of quarterly updates (returns, characteristics, holdings, etc.) for investors and preparing initial draft of RFPs based on an established template.
