The ideal candidate will have five plus years background working in a Private Equity company or similar. Private Equity background is required. Will consider individuals with a mix of publicprivate mix or straight public accounting with background working with private equity companies. The applicant will be analyzing and supporting capital calls and distributions, coordinating with Investor Relations, Treasury and Senior Leadership on the planning, preparation and execution of calls and distributions. Preparing and maintaining supporting schedules for partners capital allocations including complex incentive fee reallocations will be apart of the duties for this position. Additionally, you will be supporting the preparation of the financial statements, providing details for the Firms independent auditors and assisting in the analysis and implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
