Assignments include ensuring the Trust Administrator has entered all required data and properly reconciled the collateral and cash balances, confirming all compliance tests are accurately programmed, determining if programming changes are needed and managing the change process with analytics, reading and interpreting indentures to ensure reporting qualifications are properly met, assisting the CDO Default Management Group CSMs with conversions as needed, and escalating conversion issues quickly to the team leader. Provide a clean finalized draft of the report for review by the specified deadline. Requires 5+ years of background with Collateralized Debt Obligations, proficiency in interpreting legal documents, intermediate Microsoft excel skills, attention to detail, proven analytical and reconciliation skills, deadline oriented, expertise to work autonomously.
