Hello home seekers! I am looking for a female sublet starting February 1st through end of August 2017. Reason being I am moving back to NYC at my jobs request. The apartment is massive. Seriously huge. The bedroom available faces East so you'll have great morning light, which is so so so lovely. The entire apartment has beautiful wood floors, a living room AND dining room. All windows are massive and face East so again, GREAT light. My roommate is a 28 year old creative female. She is very friendly, funny and welcoming. She has a small (20lbs) Catahoula shepherd mix named Kendrick. He is very quiet and well behaved.The apartment vibe is very laid back. Looking for something who is respectful of the space. 4/20 friendly.
