Cannondale Mountain Bike, 22’’ or XL frame size, WANTED in Chicago, IL

Hello,I am looking to purchase a Cannondale mountain bike for $200 or less. I prefer the 3.0 series frame made perhaps from 1989 to the mid 1990s, however, I am open to other mountain bike models (such as the "F" models) as long as the frame size is 22" or XL.An operational bike with good paint is preferred, but I am willing to purchase a bike with bad paint and non-functioning controls (brakes, gears, or etc.) as long as the bike's frame does not have dents or cracks.If you have such a bike that you are willing to sell, please e-mail me at [removed email] If you are not near Chicago, then the bike will have to be shipped.
