I bought it from the original owner 3 yrs ago. The boat was in good condition. I have upgraded electronics equipment, added a new headsail, davitts, etc... I am selling the boat because we are moving to Chicago, and we just had twins. Hence, we will need a bigger boat. Since we are in hurricane season, the full batten main is put away right now, but it can be shown to serious buyers. Description Clean well equipped of this popular model cruiser. Aft of the head to port is the L shaped convertible dinette with table stowed on the bulkhead, with a new metal leg and reinforced holder for when the table is in use. The table drops to make a double berth. Across to starboard is a 6'5" settee followed by the 24" X 26" navigation station.
