Has been factory reset. Runs great. Minor scratch on the top cover. The 'A' key is a little worn. Those are the only defects. Comes with original case, instructions and manual, power converter, battery, and I'll throw in a laptop cooling fan ( goes underneath to help prevent overheating), and a soft laptop case for carrying quickly around. Graphics are beautiful, blazing fast, and runs really smooth. Didn't game too much, however, I did play some Modern Warfare 3, Black Ops, and a few others and it runs great! I need to sell this quickly to help pay off a debt from the collection agency. I would prefer if I met in person and exchanged it with cash only.
