Small growing Southside Chicago Pest Control Company seeking seasonal/part time (with the potential for a permanent position) help to assist us with our growing company. Will train individuals with quality work experience.We are seeking someone to train as a problem solver/trouble shooter and learn from the best.Description of Duties:-Must be comfortable on high ladders and any type of roofs -Have knowledge of carpentry tools and be able to perform repairs if necessary -Have a flexible schedule some nights and weekends required -Be able to work outside in the heat/cold doing physical labor -Prompt response to service requests-Perform daily jobs as assigned by crew leader and/or management-Take photo documentation of jobs before/after-Accurately complete and file all job forms and paperwork-Provide and maintain a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations.Qualifications/Requirements:-High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus (entomology/biological sciences is desirable) - Impeccable customer service skills, effective listening skills, and possess above average problem solving skills and a desire to learn. -Acceptable pre-employment background check (at least 3 references) - Looking for entry level technician. - Will train those without prior pest control experience; however, applicants with prior pest control experience are preferred. - Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and have a great attitude.- Clean driving record and valid license is a must (if we cannot insure you, we cannot hire you.
