site, brochure, announcements, and other collateral materials Supporting publication and presentation efforts Identifying opportunities and coordinating submissions to organizations such as Chambers and Super Lawyers Ensuring the Firms presence in publications such as Sullivans, Chicago Lawyer, and otherpublications Planning and implementing Firm-wide client events Coordinating holiday cards, holiday client gifts, and the like Managing any outside vendors retained by the Firm for any of these projects Oversight and management of the Firms contacts Business Development processes Tracking individual efforts Working with attorneys to identify potential sources of business Working with attorneys to plan pitches to sources Preparing materials for distribution as required Coordinating, as necessary, with any external coaches working with attorneys Public Relations duties like Managing external public relations personnel retained by the Firm As appropriate, drafting press releases and other materials Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely response to reporter requests Marketing Committee functions like scheduling regular at least monthly meetings Prepare written agendas distributed at least 1 business day prior to meetings and written summaries of meetings distributed at least 1 business day prior to meetings and written summaries of meetings distributed within 1 business day after each meeting Identify ideas and opportunities for the Committees consideration Develop plans for ideas or opportunities identified by committee members or other attorneys Ensure Committee members are aware of the status of projects.
