Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contracts including Statements of Work SOWdocuments that relate to service and maintenance contracts, software engineering and licensing, and other miscellaneous agreements. Will collaborate closely with departments to ensure contracts are meeting the business need, where appropriate under the direction of legal counsel coordinate the documents process related to any contract issue, ensuring appropriate individuals have reviewed and approved documents ensure all new and renewed contracts are obtained and filed in the document tracking system ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the law library resources lead the activities of assigned staff by ensuring the department function is efficiently performed in a quality oriented environment reflecting the Companys values, providing support and assistance as necessary.
