A Tech-Savvy Office Operations Manager/Admin is needed ASAP for a fast-paced real estate group. This individual must be a dependable self-driven worker. Must have superior customer service skills, be outgoing and friendly, professional, and very responsible. Job Duties Include:? Schedule Appointments for Real Estate Agents Interested in Viewing Group Listings? Follow up with Past Clients ? Very Regular Follow up and Updating of Current Clients? Aggressive Follow Ups of Leads and Interested Sellers/or Buyers? Complete Purchase Contracts? Coordinate Property Listings? Data Entry? Assist Real Estate Agents in Group? Additional Administrative WorkRequirements:? Must have own reliable vehicle? Must be Tech and Computer Savvy - Type At least 50 WPM? MUST HAVE prior Experience in Real Estate Office Management (At least 1 Year)? Must be Punctual and have a Strong Work Ethic? Superior Customer Service Skills?
