The Practice Management Coordinator will enjoy a highly visible position providing practice management support to the Firm-Ts Labor & Employment Departments by formulating, managing and implementing programs as assigned by the National Practice Management Director and/or Manager. The Coordinator will be expected to take ownership of practice group meetings and agendas and develop them from conception through execution. This will require the expertise to lead and influence a team of stakeholders that includes attorneys, administrative staff, colleagues and 3rd parties, at all levels. The Coordinator will also assist with carrying out practice group business plans. Applicant should be a highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail and the expertise to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong business written correspondence expertise and oral communication skills are essential. Position reports to the National Director of Practice Management and the Labor & Employment National Practice Management Manager. Responsibilities
