sponsibilities will include File pleadings and other documents in federal court using PACER Make and maintain litigation files, binders and indices Make copies, scan documents Prepare documents and exhibits for filing with court Manipulate ms word and microsoft excel documents create charts, spreadsheets, etc. Maintain service lists Prepare notices of motion, notices of deposition, subpoenas, notices of filing, certificates of service for state and federal court cases Make arrangements for service of process Compare blacklined documents Prepare form documents such a complaints, answers, interrogatories and document requests for further editing by attorneys Proficiency with Microsoft office suite programs, microsoft excel, PACER, Adobe acrobat Prefer min of 5yrs background, but more is better.
