One Bedroom is available w/ shared bathroom in this large 3bd, 1090 sq. ft. apartment in Buena Park, Chicago. We have laundry in basement, closet space, a small semi-private balcony, oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, Hardwood floors throughout, central heat, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. street parking. Utilities (water, heat- forced air heating, sewage, cable/Internet) are approximately $60-80 per month, which we'd split. Not much in terms of furnishing you can bring what you would want (Living room and dining room are pretty empty).One block from the Sheridan Red Line station, shops and multiple grocery stores. It?s also a quick walk to restaurants and bars. Basically all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about a big commute.The roommates:Early 30-40?s males. full-time (daytime) jobs very occasional night time work. Kind, respectful, and conversational. Social, but not party animals. Clean like to be organized and have a tidy apartment. Stay active!Looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 50/50). Perfect for a young professional, grad student, or fellow.Apartment will be available May 1st but can move in as early as April 1st.
