Business Development Manager - Mid-West Region in Chicago, IL

Will secure and retain business for ClinForce through sales activities directed at decision-makers within existing and prospective client organizations which include pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs and biotech companies. Will position ClinForce as a primary or preferred partner for clinical research staffing, recruiting and outsourcing services. Will identify and develop sales leads, professionally present services, manage the sales process through close, participate in proposal development and in contract review and negotiations. Will develop new accounts and expand current accounts, both locally and nationally, to maximize revenue and gross profit and increase the number of filled assignments and billable hours to clients. Will assist other members of ClinForce organization, where possible and practical, in achieving their stated objectives in order to maximize resources in accomplishing overall corporate goals. Will prepare weekly activity reports and participate in regular staff meetings and teleconferences. Duties and Responsibilities
