Korea, China and United Arab Emirates (UAE).Rayno Window Film Inc is currently looking for Sales Manager in multiple locations, including CA, IL and FL.Key responsibilities and accountabilities: ? Build up a sales network by hiring regional sales reps. in the region.? Set up a regional office and warehouse in a strategic location for sales and operation.? Design and implement different pricing schedule/strategies with various benefit programs for distributors and dealers.? Ensure predictable sales processes that enable execution excellence while fulfilling U.S. domestic and global business strategy goals.? Working with regional sales reps, leverage information and tools to help drive Marketing and Sales effectiveness.? Actively search for best practices (internal and external) for sales/marketing tools, processes and metrics and share with the Marketing leadership to help spur ideas for development.? Develop and maintain metrics against annual goals, reported a minimum of quarterly (i.e. growth, value add targets, opportunity management, budgets, strategy execution).? Develop sales training resources and programs.? Oversee distribution centers in different locations to improve inventory accuracy for handling all new P.O., sample request, and handling existing inventory to reach sales goal. ? Partner with the business organization for new hire training, on-going re-enforcement, and product launches.? Make periodic assessments on training needs by traveling with Regional Sales Reps, observing sales encounters.? Anticipate and identify opportunities that can help sales teams achieve business goals.Requirements:? Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree ? 5+ years Commercial, Sales Operations or Marketing experience in window film industry required? Ability to quickly develop a broad understanding of the Rayno organizations and credibility across sales and leadership.? Creative - Not constrained by the way things have been done traditionally; open to broad range of concepts/ideas.? Results oriented - Manage effective execution of plans to meet demanding timelines for corporate programs.? Self Starter - Ability to operate with minimal supervision and a strong ability to drive results.? Client focused - Develops effective working relationships with clients to gain insights and continually searches for ways to increase customer engagement and collaboration.? Strong organization, project management and prioritization skills? Vision and ability to develop insights for growth? Creates & delivers targeted audience targeted presentations?
