Illinois - ChicagoDealer Regional Sales Manager - Great Lakes The Dealer Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving existing regional business results through effective coaching of the Dealer Account Development and Business Development Managers in the key areas of revenue growth, account management, execution of processes and programs, and providing exceptional customer service. The Regional Sales Manager will assume responsibility for the hiring, training, account assignment and daily supervision of the Dealer Sales Representatives in their market. The Regional Sales Manager is required to interface with all levels of the organization, effectively act as liaison between DSSRs and support functions, and must have the ability to build relationships with representatives from our company's partners such as Stores and National Accounts. These standards will primarily address the areas of retail sales goals, customer service, sales training, product training, promotions and pricing. This position will be responsible for the Great Lakes Region which includes Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Annual sales in this region are approximately $18M.
