OBO Precor m9.31 treadmill- only 30hrs/141 miles...almost NEW in Chicago, IL

I bought this treadmill from Chicago Home Fitness store on Clybourn Ave, after doing a ton of research. All the parts are under warranty until 2018. I paid $3000 for it new. It is a commercial quality treadmill for consumer use. We put it in a brand new home gym, then got divorced and the treadmill stayed un-assembled and never used for 3 years after that. It has only 30 hours/141 miles on it. I've now moved to a place that does not have a room for a home gym, so my loss is your gain. I would never part with this if I had space in our condo for it!
