Chicago, ILIn this diverse position, you will exercise your extensive technical ability and dynamic leadership abilities to drive key business areas throughout the company, ranging from Assets and Capital Management to Change & Improvement of Manufacturing Technology to Maintenance Management to Regulatory Compliance. Working in tandem with top-level management, you will develop comprehensive engineering scopes for manufacturing technology, facility and utilities; perform project execution of Capital and Maintenance, while simultaneously establishing superior technical standards throughout all practices. Your coaching and mentoring skills will be keenly relied upon in the building of model teams, with an eye toward grooming quality direct reports and potentially overseeing Maintenance functions. To qualify for this challenging role, you must hold a BS or BSME (a Master?s Degree, MBA/PE is a plus), have a solid experience working with process improvements and possess Full Lifecycle PM skills. Working expertise of FDA, OSHA and EPA regulations is a must. Managerial, supervisory and team leadership experience will be advantageous. A familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is highly desirable.
