Senior Windows Performance Engineer in Chicago, IL

I have an immediate for a very sharp, very senior Windows Systems Engineer to work in Chicago's Loop. This role involves a combination of architecture, deployment and maintenance of a server farm to used by their Development Group. This group builds and launches mission-critical, state-of the-art software built primarily in C# and other Microsoft Technologies. You will be working closely with the core development team to understand their systems and their needs and provide solutions to increase availability, performance and efficiency. These large-scale server farms include client-facing production delivery systems, source code control systems, and farms for unit, regression, and performance tests.
