,,,,This has been a NON SMOKER R/V. Next the mechanics of the coach all worked perfectly when I bought them the R/V. I want everyone to realize you may need to have everything serviced!!! May get lucky and not need to do anything but hit the switches or light a pilot light, I simply don't know and not about to guess. Like I said I have NEVER been camping in a motor home in all my 52 years and not ready to start. I did try the generator it would not start but then I hear you need more than a quarter tank of gas to run it? This is exactly why I don't want to mislead ANYONE. yes you R/V people can laugh I am a camping dummy. I can start it drive it and manage to make the slide out work that's pretty much it. Slide out works perfectly. The self levelers worked fine last year but as of yesterday I could not get them to lower just flashing lights on the monitor/gauge. The R/V was winterized last year and it needs flushed and cleaned out. Two years ago it had new carpet installed very high quality total of 2000 dollars. Floors were strong and good shape NO ROT. There is a ton of storage under the coach as pictures show. body in very good shape for sitting out for the last couple years. small damage on the door as per picture. I have tried to be VERY honest so you understand this unit may need some work however it has VERY LOW MILES and DOES run and drive excellent as a 21K mile unit should. I am sure most things needed if any are mainly from sitting and lack of use. Get everything working and you will have one of the newest 15 year old motor home out there. it really has had an easy life. I have listed this R/V with NO RESERVE I list every vehicle this way. I would honestly love to see someone get this Camper that has time to enjoy it. It will sell for a fraction of what it was bought for but it brought a lot of joy over the years so it owes me nothing. Thanks for looking and GOOD LUCKOK I know it may seem like I am repeating myself but I had so many simple questions that were clearly listed in the description so please read. I did have some good questions and I will cover a few of them I checked out a few things this weekend and want to add This is a TRITAN V10 powered coach. The tires as stated are probably 80% with no weather cracks on them I do not know exact age of them but they are in great shape. In the lavatory there is a very small weak spot around the toilet I don't see any rot and it is NOT A MAJOR issue (you can wiggle the toilet if you grab it, why someone would grab and shake a toilet I do not Know) may just be the way it was built I don't know but it was pointed out to me and I want to add it. The roof A/Cs work as does the dash AIR. The front blows colder than the rear but they were both on and running (maybe 5 min.)The roof is SOLID AND STRONG and does NOT leak. the rest of the floors are perfectly solid. I still have not had the generator running on its own I did have it running as long as you hold the starter button. Maybe a connection or a switch inside to turn on I just don't know. There is no washer or dryer looks like there may be plumbing in one closet for them but I don't think it ever had one.
